Staff were great especially one individual who I do not know his name but he was there at night and in the morning and very helpful

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in
The pillows were probably the best thing about it
- Arrived after 7 hour bus journey for receptionist to show more attention to his phone rather than checking us in - room stunk - toilet did not flush, had to take off the top to find way to flush - sink leaked even when maintenance looked at it - bedding had cigarette burns on it - duvet was like a dogs blanket - located in the red light district - no laundry facility - had to ask reception for toilet roll, as there wasn’t any on check in - had to ask reception for hairdryer - WiFi is poor - door bell did not work - clothes line did not work - no maid service - if you wanted maid service you had to ask reception a day before -

Not good!
It had a lovely view and the air con was great
The room was tiny, you could barely move in there. Also the shower was basically over the toilet! Meaning everything in the tiny bathroom got soaked whenever you showered. Also the area was the “red light district” even our can driver didn’t want us to stay here in his own words it was very dangerous to leave the hotel after dark or alone... all in all the best part was the dim sum restaurant up the road. Dirty towels, hard bed, horrid area and tiny shower over the toilet.

Great facilities from the hotel staff...
The toilet didnt have a pipe hose as shown in the image... It has been upgraded ... The room seems more smaller than the image shown ...
